Lewes Alexander Technique with Adele Gibson MSc MSTAT
Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Adele Gibson and I am a STAT registered teacher of the Alexander Technique, qualifying in 2001. I have wide experience helping people with a range of pain and movement difficulties and offer a compassionate yet practical approach. I teach individual lessons in Lewes (BN7 1EQ) where I have car parking or easy transport by bus services.
I came to the Technique on the advice of my GP, when I was experiencing constant back pain. Surgery was recommended but avoided thankfuly by having a course of lessons. These were life changing, not only did they give me lasting pain relief, they also gave me more freedom in my joints and perhaps most importantly an insight into how to minimise tension and live life with less stress and strain and more ease and body awareness.
I teach Mon - Fri and offer flexible appointment times to suit indvidual needs. Lessons are 45 minutes long and cost £45. A completely personalized approach is offered, so the number of lessons required is different for every pupil. Most of my pupils come from previous pupil referrals and I take the utmost care to ensure that everyone has a positive experience in their Alexander Technique lessons.
